This second (and final) edition is available only in PDF format. There are 225 pages, 8.5 x 11 in size, and approximately 440 color and black-and-white photos, tree charts, maps, and other illustrations. You will need Acrobat Reader to access the file. You can save the PDF to your hard drive, burn it to a CD, and take it to a photocopy place to have it printed out. It is available in color and in black-and-white.
